Cass was great. I had a flood in my backyard. It was after hours. They arrived within 30 mins. Walked me through his thought process and explained to me what he was doing. Found out where the leak was coming from. Took him about 30 mins to fix the leak. He had to dig up the ground, cut and replace the pipe, and finally fill the hole back up. But throughout the process he was open and explaining everything. Taught me more about water meters, pipe lines, and tree roots growing through pipes then I ever knew.

I called Cass Plumbing on Saturday March 16, 2024 to repair a wobbly toilet and was greeted by a friendly voice, I explained my situation and was put on the schedule for Monday March 18, 2024 between 8:00 am and 10:30 am...I received a call from Craig on Monday morning at approximately 8:20 am stating that he would be at my house in about 20 minuets. The toilet and the angle stop valve were installed. The old toilet was removed disposed off.
