In the beginning I was calling because my toilet kept backing up and my shower would gurgle which scared the crap out of me. CASS came out the SAME DAY I called and OH BOY I was nervous, when Brian said, a mess down there and my cables are stuck. This issue won't get repaired tonight, but my supervisor will be here tomorrow. morning . On the second day, sure enough the Supervisor ROLAND did come out. We loved having Cass out to instal our new water heater. They did an excellent job and their technicians were both knowledgeable and professional. My only suggestion for improvement would be to up the communication with text confirmations and/or email. They communicated verbally very well, but when I forget things, it?s nice to know I can find times and days in an email/text confirmation. 10/10 would use Cass again. Thank you all.
