Pricey! They give free estimates but they are more expensive than most.
Rich was nice, polite, and informative. He was only at it for about 1/2 hour. Everything seems to work now, unlike those previous guys! I d recommend them to anyone. I am still waiting on my free camera service. More then.
We were contacted immediately and an appointment was set. They were at our house when they said. This is a good company and fair.
Rocky start since they didn't show up until a day after they were supposed to but the repair was done in less than 5 minutes. Price was a little high for what had to be done but they were excellent w/my dogs which rates very highly w/me since I am a senior and very nervous when I have to have a repair person come to the house but I didn't have to confine them the guys just came in and did what had to be done and my dogs were fine w/them and yes I would call Cass again even though price was a little high.
Very efficient, got the job done in a reasonable time!
Overall GREAT, but a little pricey. I paid $375, asking price was close to $500, to have my toilet and sink snaked. After researching the cost, I found out this was on the higher end for this type of job, ESPECIALLY since it came with NO guarantees, and if my old pipes get a jam AGAIN, I'm out ANOTHER $400 if I use them again. I believe I should at LEAST got offered a 30 day guarantee or discounted price IF they NEEDED to come back. I still rated Cass a 4, not 3 because of the guy who came to my house.
