Service for fixing my kitchen sink drain problem was scheduled promptly. Plumbing team arrived at promised time and completed the change out of old drainage line with PVC pipe . Plumbers were neat and efficient . They did id a great job !
Very easy to work with. Richard, the service person, was outstanding.
Cass sent a technician to inspect the leak and give a quote the day I contacted them. I got one more quote the next day and hired Cass because the price was lower. Billy was here early Monday morning and fixed the problem. Both times, he wore a mask and gloves. He left the bathroom clean when he was done. Very efficient.
They were great, on time the quote was accurate and verified by the office. They called to say who was coming and what time they would be there. Then the tech called to say he was on his way.
Polite and professional.
