Cavender's service is terrible. I stood in line while 2 other clerks put product on shelves not 10 feet from a line of customers on Friday night at 7:00 pm the week before christmas. Their priority is not customer service. This lost sale cost them $275.00 and it wil cost them a lot more in the future. There store isn't so special that I can't live without it and you can't either. These people suck.
If the option existed to check "negative stars," that's what I would have done, pardner. I won't go into the ugly details but the service is laughable. They lost my special order and no one could figure out what to do about or where to look. Here's an example: "What time does your manager get here?" *shrug* "I dunno." After I told them to stuff my special order in a very special special order bin, they had the gall to say, "We'll see you next time." And they will be wearing jackets in hell.
