Customer service is more of employee huddle and conversation as they watch shoppers and stare at you shop- this went on 30 min while I shopped all around them close and not one asked if I needed assistance- 26 yrs of loyalty gone in 30 min. This was my 2nd visit in 2 months - not much change. Goodbye Cavender's.
There was a store employee, chubby, blond haired woman by the hats in the back of the store who made a racist comment to me. I would expect better treatment for spending $500 on boots and a hat. Go to the store in Round Rock. Much nicer there!
I placed and order for in store pick up. Items were listed as in stock. Card was debited. I immediately received a cancelation notice. Was told because items were not in stock. So the funds debited from my account will not be available to me for 4-5 business days. GET THIS!!! Just received an email from Cavender's. "Our website does not reflect store inventory, only the warehouse. Also, our website is not live." Not an apology for the broken system but an EXCUSE!!!! On to Barn Barn.....
Bad customer service, seller very rude when approached question over a pair of boots !
Came here to return a pair of boots I ordered online. Before I came, I called to confirm if it was possible to return online items. I also said that I lost my card but I have the receipt in my email. I specifically asked if it was still possible to make the return without a physical card. Customer service said yes, you can return without the physical card. Worst service ever. The team there does not care and has no sense of urgency. Shop somewhere else. Anywhere else.
I hate shopping in this store. I can't even look without having to have a conversation with the sales guys. This most recent visit, I told the guy I just wanted to look. I told him three times and he makes his way back a fourth time. I just left. The customer service sucks! Not everybody wants to chat.
Ignored by salespeople. Worst selection of over-priced, women's clothing I have ever seen.
Management more concerned with attempting to make example of customers in front of other customers and their own staff. Disappointing experience. Not sure if this was a corporate directive or just one particular managers style. His communication and body language had a very angry tone. Will shop elsewhere and I feel by onlookers reaction, they might too.
