Being my first time in this store. I was amazed by all the products for cowboys and cowgirls that are available. Went looking for a pair of boots for my brother and sales guy was very helpful and knowledgeable about products. It was a positive experience and got to experience Texan fashion.

I went in hoping to find a gift for my husband and although nothing stood out to me, this store has a wonderful selection. But most of all, the service is exceptional. I was greeted by Andrea, Mandy, Kyle, and Devin asking if I needed any help and a couple of these employees circled back. Mandy even tried to help me with gift ideas. Very nice store!!

We went to Cavender's- where its cool to be a cowboy! Talk about a no-judgement zone. I needed to grab new kicks from my kids wish list, as a surprise. They had to be a certain color for schoolwear, and a certain size n style to match his grooviness. Sure enough, folks were steady ready to help! (They even told me to buy them 1 size up and double sock so it'll wear in just right)- good advice like Granny's! Visited Cavender's again on this trip to Houston. Kim fitted me for a pair of boots and also helped me select a pair of jeans and a belt. It's always a good thing when the salesperson knows her merchandise like no one else, can quickly gauge what will work and fit the customer best, and does it all in a friendly manner. I remain very pleased with the service I receive at Cavender's.

I came here to spend some money on quality boots. I got myself an awesome pair of Lucchese alligator back boots. I also got an awesome cowboy hat with a case. I want to give this place 4 stars but one of the workers was sort of rude. Make sure you check online if you can find your boots cheaper before committing to purchasing in person (unless you need the boots right away).

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Called on the local stores and found the store with the right size on all my items. I couldn't be happier with this store's customer service.

My 30 something years in Houston, I've never been to the I10 location of Cavender's. This location is larger than the one on 290, has more clothing and accessory options for the ladies, and boots, too. Do your best to get your Rodeo shopping well before the season begins. You'll avoid the crowds and you might actually find something in your size.

Anything western you need, you will find here or it doesn't exist. Things aren't cheap but the quality is good so it will last awhile. We were greeted right away and told if we need anything just let them know. Finally found a pair of boots that fit perfectly and didn't hurt my feet. The sales lady was very nice while I was there checking in several times but not being pushy.

I shop here for hats, boots and buckles. I am pleased with the selection and the service is really good.
