Customer service was horrible. They did not have bags to put my products in that I purchased and when I asked for a bag, the representative just brushed me off. I'm a store manager and work with customers all day and if any of my employees treated me such, they definitely would be reprimanded. This is my first time in this type of establishment and I will never return

I ant want to be rude nor had the heart to tell the older gentlemen that I've never seen such a bad hat shaping lol I've gone to botas Rojero, Alan's lids, etc. and I got me an American straw hat from this location and I mean just the worst hat shape I've ever seen in my life. Please if you get a hat and need it shaped don't get it done here. If he runs out of steam he'll just bend it and not make it straight or even, save yalls money for someplace else.

This is directed towards one of their general managers. I received 2 shirts as gifts for my son and they didn't fit him. I went in hoping for a store credit since they were brand new with tags. I approached the manager kindly asking to see what could be done since they were gifts and didn't fit and the short, Caucasian lady with glasses goes "nope! I love this store every time all the sales associates are very helpful but this last time I went I I was doing an exchange. We had to wait on the manager for 15 mins When she got to us she didn't say a word to us but started scanning everything. We were like um are we done ? It was so awkward She acted like we didn't exist then when it was time for our change it took her a minute till she gave it to us because she was talking to someone else. I don't know but I feel like as a manager she could of at least acknowledged us

My boyfriend and I came in to buy a hat, etc. I stood right next to 2 employees and they never acknowledged me.Nor did they ask if we needed ssistance.​ After this I encountered another 4 employees, which were all white, but they never acknowledged us. Therefore we put our items back and left. If you have an issue with African Americans, you should not be in business.

Went in to get some new clothes for the rodeo and always loved shopping here. Came in and started looking around found a couple of shirts and decided I wanted a new hat. Went to look at the hats and had a hard time finding my size. I went to ask the older lady running the hat section for help. Came in to look at boots; was in the store for approximately 15minutes trying boots on while multiple associates walked by without offering any help whatsoever. At least now I know what size to order from the internet.

Went to Cavender's on Katy freeway to buy some boots, tried to return the boots because I didn't like how they went with my pants after trying them on at home, went to return them and had to deal with the assistant manager Kyle, he was rude, not only to me but to the workers, snapping his fingers at them, he seemed annoyed because I was returning boots and rolling his eyes at me, I will never buy anything from Cavender's again

I visited visited this store to buy some boots for for the rodeo and to finally have a nice genuine pair of cowboy boots. No one ever came over to assist us finding our requested boots. Nice selection of boots. High prices. Crappy customer service.
