My fav place in San Antonio. Veterans Discounts and friendly service. The don't hover over you but they are right there if you need them.

We stopped in looking for boots for my wife and we're waited on by Leslie M. She was awesome and patient as my wife tried on multiple boots to get the right fit. Also, Adrian Hernandez was helpful as well with the cowboy hats. The store was nice and clean. You play good country music too! Y'all be proud and continue to run your business the right way. My uncle recommended this place to me to buy some boots. So glad I went to Cavenders. I'm visiting from California and wanted to make sure to purchase boots. Such a great selection and the salesmen very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

My husband decided he wanted to get his first pair of boots. Everyone suggested Cavenders and they were so right! Mike M greeted us as soon as we walked in. We explained it was his first pair of boots and Mike was beyond helpful! He measured to make sure we got the right size, explained the different type of styles, helped try on probably 10+ pairs. It was a great experience!!!! We left with exactly what we wanted and a smile on our face!! Thank you Mike!

Jason was our sales associate and he was so awesome! We were visiting from California and we left with 4 pairs of super cool cowboy boots!! Can't wait to come back on my next visit, they have great western wear especially for someone from Cali!

Lots of good stuff! If there were more staff I could have given them 5 stars. I needed assistance a couple times and all of their staff were helping other customers, I walked out empty handed and ended up going to a different store. I would go back, but during quieter hours.

Please, please shop here and ask for Holly! She is incredibly knowledgeable and will help you find the perfect boot for your needs. A friend and I were so impressed with her service that we each bought two pairs of women's boots. Seriously, we had shopped at another Cavender location earlier that day and had dismal service. We headed to this location to see if we could find a certain boot in stock. Holly helped us get the proper fit and educated us on the process for sizing boots. My parents are in town visiting, and my dad was looking for a new pair of boots. So we head to Cavender's because he is always able to find a pair among the vast selection of men's and women's boots. I also have to note that my dad has wide feet, wide calves and small-ish feet. So it goes without saying that he is a complicated order!
