I was given a pair boots as a gift a size to big, I went to take them back the next day for a size exchange and the GM wouldn't exchange them and said the heel had been worn down so he couldn't do anything for me. Bad business!
Terrible customer service!! They ruined a pair of exotic (ostrich) boots. They sprayed alcohol and water on them! They also were given back to me with a cut that they did not have before! I will never shop at cavenders again. When I called back all the girl could say was I should bring them back.
I've been to this store several times and purchased boots and clothes. I've had both good and bad service here (I 35 S.A.). I went yesterday thinking I was going to get a discount on my boots because it was Cavender's 50th anniversary, but I guess it was my fault for not reading the entire "deal". never go there to buy boots! They are rude stupid and mean! They are not familiar with their boots, once you buy it, never will let u return it!
I bought a jeans there for almost $75 , and went I went to exchange it today for a different size , the sales manager said I washed up the jeans ...I left empty handed , I told the guy to give my jeans for donation .the customer service was horrible .
I have never felt so uncomfortable at a store in my life. We were harassed by the employees from the moment we entered the store until we left. One employee followed us as we browsed asking every minute if we needed help. I said no and we are just browsing today many times. Eventually she stood about six feet away and stared at us. Needless to say we did not stay long and made no plans to purchase from that kind of establishment.
Not a Happy boot buyer . I went on a busy Saturday , but I at least expected a simple Hello. Instead I got nothing. Even though there were two sales people in the section I was in but they were helping other people but they could have said hi someone will be with you. I was there an hour trying on boots I though might work for me. I had total stranger help me instead of the Cavender workers.
