The boot selection is great, the prices are also great. So one star for each, but the customer service is the worst. Upon walking in i had already selected some styles that i found on line, i asked the girl at the counter if she knew where i could find them (first time here) and she snarled her nose and pointed at a man walking up and said "he'll show you." Guys, I CANNOT RN! All I can say right now is that imma need this place to TUNE IT UP. I' m giving this a 1 out of 5. I'm being generous. I usually don't like drama - so I think it's best to confront this once and for all. It breaks my heart to call someone out in these but Alex needs to help a customer out. Alex literally did not even do the bare minimum customer service - maybe a greeting but thats it. No one offered to help with finding sizes or looking for certain clothing items.

This place has HORRIBLE customer service! I went to exchange a pair of jeans and the girl who helped me did not like that the jeans didn't have tags. I understand that but you can still exchange or return them. Well the girl then says oh they were worn and they weren't then goes on to say I'll exchange them but next time if they are smelling like smoke you can't do it. Went inside wanting to buy a pair of boots, no one asked me if I needed help or anything. Then finally asked someone for help, and she said "I see you, Well get with you" waited for 20mins still nothing. While a group of guys were just chit chatting. Went to boot barn and I was helped immediately.

Beware of returning items. They have an absurd return policy where if the boot literally has anything on the sole, they WILL NOT accept it back. Dust on sole? No returns. Worn boot anywhere other than carpet? No returns on footwear that has been worn. Tried to clean the boot so that it's dirty? Too bad you cleaned the boot, no return. Missing a tag? Woops product isn't "new", NO RETURN. The item has to be in literal pristine condition, even if you bought it with some scuffs, THEY WILL NOT RETURN IT. Avoid shopping here if yo... read more

I would highly discourage anyone from shopping at Cavender's Boot City (Culebra and 1604). I had one of the worst experiences there recently. While shopping for my son's first pair of cowboy boots one day I decided to ask the sales person if Cavender's Boot City repairs boots. He advised that they did, by sending it the boots to the bootmaker. I asked if he knew the ball park price for something like that and he stated that it may be free depending on the boot, the wear and tear, and the type of issue with the boot. He ... read more

I just left Cavender's Boot City and their employees were horrible. None of them offered help and when I asked for help it was as if I bothered them. It was my first time trying to buy boots and when I asked for my size they might as well have told me to give up looking. You know if you're going to be in customer service or retail you could be a little more helpful, I was ready to spend $500 but ended up leaving feeling really bad about myself because of how damn rude they were. Completely disappointed.

Selection of boots was about average. However the employees and level of service is subpar. Associates are pretty robotic. They are even less helpful when a return or exchange is needed. The girl at the register was pretty abrasive and not at all helpful on my most recent visit. She had very short attitude and was extremely unhelpful. The salesman have short attitudes as well.

Will never come to this store again. I found a pair of boots and it had a price and when I got up to check out the boots rung up another price and they would not honor the price on the boots. Not very business like and I will not be shopping here again.
