It was filled with more boot than I could count. Nice store and there is always some on ready to help out. I would've given them a 5 star if I had found boots to buy but I sadly didn't. I have huge calfs n although they offered wide boots they were just not the style I was looking for. But it was a nice store to pop into during my Texas road trip b
If you are buying boots from Cavender's at 5075 NW LOOP 410 ask for Alle. She was very knowledgeable about the brands and how cowgirl boots should fit. I am from Atlanta and would definitely recommend folks shop and buy boots at Cavender's.

While on vacation from California; my wife and I decided to get a pair of cowboy boots. For my wife it was her first pair and for me it had been a while since I had worn them. Amazing selection. I already knew what work boots I needed, but had been to 6 other boot stores around town that didnt carry these type. Ariat Workhog H20 Steel toes. They had em which was rare and they were lower priced then any other store who carried the regular Workhog steel toes. Of course with taxes they came to about what the Ariat Website. Still great staff and great supplies.
The quality in an establishment that impresses me the most is customer service. The manager, Mr. Emmons, (I can't remember his 1st name) and Jason were awesome today. Very friendly, helpful and respectful. I will definitely go back.
Great customer service always have what I am looking for and if they don't they will get it ordered for you. Good pricing and its still family owned.
Manager Rick is awesome! Can't believe some of the bad reviews here. I have shopped here many times and I'm always greeted and help is always nearby. Great staff. I even had a problem with a previous purchase and Rick was more than helpful! Don't shop anywhere else for boots! The Blanco/410 location is the best!
Gonna have to go with average. A huge selection of everything. I felt the Western wear store in Bandera had better sale deals. If you don't mind the drive, you ought check it out. The sale price on wranglers (retro, twisted etc) were $50 a pop with the 3rd pair free, and ariat 60-110. Same deal. Boot selection and prices nothing to set em apart from other stores. The staff was friendly and I appreciated the offer to hold items up front while we browsed.
