Jason was our sales associate and he was so awesome! We were visiting from California and we left with 4 pairs of super cool cowboy boots!! Can't wait to come back on my next visit, they have great western wear especially for someone from Cali!
Lots of good stuff! If there were more staff I could have given them 5 stars. I needed assistance a couple times and all of their staff were helping other customers, I walked out empty handed and ended up going to a different store. I would go back, but during quieter hours.
Please, please shop here and ask for Holly! She is incredibly knowledgeable and will help you find the perfect boot for your needs. A friend and I were so impressed with her service that we each bought two pairs of women's boots. Seriously, we had shopped at another Cavender location earlier that day and had dismal service. My parents are in town visiting, and my dad was looking for a new pair of boots. So we head to Cavender's because he is always able to find a pair among the vast selection of men's and women's boots. I also have to note that my dad has wide feet, wide calves and small-ish feet. So it goes without saying that he is a complicated order! I went here to exchange a pair of boots that I bought at the Culebra location that were the wrong size. The girls here were so nice! The selection here is SO much better than the other store. They probably have double the amount of boots. I got a pretty cute shirt too that was 20% off too!
I've purchased boots and belts from here off and on for awhile. The selection of boots and clothing is good. The prices are fair. The customer service has been good. I recently had to return a pair of boots that had an issue. I was able to get a replacement pair without any problems. (I had the receipt.) I will go back.

Buddy was AWESOME! I hadn't bought boots in years and he gave me such awesome advice! And told me about all the brands! My husband was looking for exotic boots and he helped him find boots as well.
