I traveled quite a distance in order to purchase a pair of western leather boots. I was immediately assisted as soon as I walked in the door. Once I let the sales rep know that I wanted to browse the boots, he reluctanctly left me to my browsing. I found two pair of boots that I wanted to try on and found myself a seat to do so. Tried to return a jacket for credit to the Shallowford store: I called yesterday and asked if they would accept a coat that was given to me at Christmas. The representative stated she would have to see the coat. I told her it was outside the return policy and I would have to use credit card statement for proof of purchase. She advised to bring the coat in and they could work through the details. Next day I drove 30 miles to the Shallowford store and presented the issue to the store manager. Good inventory & convenient hours but my experience leads me to believe that they don't appreciate their loyal customers, and are not concerned about losing them. I'll leave it at that.
