They are always super helpful at Horsetown. Willing to help me find whatever I am looking for in the store, or order it for me. Usually a pretty wide selection of boots, jeans, and tack. Am there all the time and not once have they been rude or unhelpful. Carolyn was super helpful in my never ending quest for jeans.
Love this place! I have never been before and was amazed coming here. They helped me find jeans that fit me perfectly when I haven't been able to find anything like this in years! They were never pushy and helped me through the whole process. They also walked me through the boots with prices, sizes and fits to help me narrow down to what I like. Very happily amazed by the amazing service and cant wait to go back! Definitely ask for Carolyn, she is great!!
I love buying boots here. They have great sales on them. I have got other things too but they are over priced in my opinion. The boots is the way to go. I don't normal need help because I didn't liked the lady last time she didn't seem to know what she was talking about. I love lookin around at everything too. I can't wait for the next boot sale I need some for our almost toddler.
This store is fabulous! Very friendly, helpful people and amazing stock. I was looking for boots online and in stores, but couldn't find any. Nothing in adult sizes fit my small feet and children's boots had glitter and ponies on them or didn't have the adult heel style I was looking for. Same here - no luck until I asked if they had children's boots. They have a huge selection including Corral boots in the exact styles of the adult boots at less than half the price. Great experience. This place has TONS of boots & great selection of apparel/riding gear. Prices are outstanding - there are a lot of deals here and pricing is even better than you can find scouring the internet. The reason for 5 stars is exceptional service. My wife was looking for a pair of boots. She spent about an hour trying on different pairs because she has a high arch, and had a lot of trouble finding a pair that she could put on comfortably. For those of us who have shopped the OG Horsetown in Marietta, the new Cavenders takeover ruined the place. Merchandising is mass marketing of Nashville South. Poor quality. If you have a Taste for great boots, there is nothing special now. Might as well go to DSW. No equine tack. No showgirl clothing. Deeply disappointing. Poor sales help.

I have never in my life typed a review about a bad customer service experience, but I felt that it was needed with the experience my grandma and I had yesterday. My grandma and I went boot shopping on Tuesday because she wanted to get me a pair of boots for Christmas. Cavender's is a large store with a wide selection of boots, not so much for their cowboy hats. Pricing seems reasonable. Customer service is somewhere between indifferent and nonexistent. Plenty of retail support, but they're too busy to wait on anyone. Not recommended.
