I love this place. It's far for me now, but whenever I'm in the area I always stop in since I've been a customer for the bast 16 years. The selection is great and I bought a new English saddle from here a decade ago and it's still going strong.
The boot selection is beyond huge. The nicest staff ever and open late. Great place to fine riding apparel for beginners.
I wanted another pair of boots and only like one particular brand and style. Unfortunately, out of all the boots they have, this pair wasn't in stock. The gal that helped me was most helpful and found a pair at another one of their stores. She said it would take two or three days to get. She called me the next morning that they were in. That's customer service!
What a great boot selection! The staff is super helpful...almost to a fault. As you brouse the store you are asked if you can be helped about 20 times. I guess that's better than not being asked at all. Very nice selection of tack and riding gear also.
I have been coming to this store since I was a young girl and my mom bought me my first pair of Ropers. Not much has changed. It is your go to place for cowboy boots, work boots, belts, buckles, hats and jeans. With brands like Carhart, Justin, Frye and Minnetonka you can trust the quality. They have supplies like ropes and saddles too. You can find everything from cheap knives, to jeans, to $500 handcrafted purses. Give them a try and don't expect deep discounts but you won't waste time and money running around town.
Always have the best clothes and all styles of boots. I used to work retail and understand customer service for loss prevention but this place goes way overboard. While you are shopping you will be asked repeatedly if you need help. Another theory could be people are not assigned to departments or too many staff on the floor. Either way I only go when I need to, it is that bad.
Best place for all my horse nerds. They have everything and are very helpful with all the questions you may have! Love them!
I have been to this store many times and the staff has always been very helpful. One associate took the time to help me find jeans. She stayed by the dressing room and continued to assist me until I found the right pair.
Took my daughter to get boots and was fortunate enough to experience absolutely incredible customer service from Carolyn. Thank you for the wonderful customer service! Will certainly be back.
