Worse place to buy boots!! Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever experienced!! I will NEVER set foot in that store again!!

Overall my experience was not great. The manager was very rude and did not show any interest in her customers. The sales associates seemed to rush me when I was looking for the right boots. Very disappointed in the service. Also they had the nerve to tell my god mom to control her kid when he was not even misbehaving.

Great selection. Bad customer service. If you buy something that is clearly defective, this store basically tells you " tough luck". Do yourself a favor. Try on your boots here , then go to Amazon or Zappos to buy them. I would love to support a local business but not one that does not appreciate their customers.

Bought some boots on Tuesday night, called on Wed morning to see if I could exchange them for a more expensive pair (when I got home I realized that they were not waterproof) and was told that it was okay. Never wore the boots more than at the store and for about 5 minutes in my house when trying them on. Went to the store and was told that I could not exchange them because they looked like someone wore them even though they look totally new!!! I will never shop here again. I will drive to Alpharetta to Dover Saddlery and spend my money there. They have a tiny English section - the store caters to western. The sales people follow you around the store and ask you repeatedly if they can help you or bring the product to the front counter. It's nice the first time but gets old after 3 to 4 times being asked the same thing. They do not accept any returns. I even had problems trying to exchange a girth the same day I bought it. Purchased a helmet on Thursday took it back unworn Saturday because a cap on the top came off which was obviously a manufacturers defect and was told in no uncertain terms they did not take helmets back. Though there were no marks or mars on the helmet they refused to even exchange it for us. This policy was not stated on my receipt or on a sign in the store. The customer service has always been hit or miss but this was ridiculous. This is definitely a buyer beware type of place. We will never shop there again.

Spent a good deal of money here a few weeks ago. My girlfriends boots did not fit so we went to go exchange them after wearing them for about 30 minutes . Even though the receipt says exchange only I was fine with that. Horsetown would not exchange the boots for a bigger size becuase there was minimal wear on the bottoms .Will not go back

It is amazing this place has been in business for as long as it has. Don't confuse the over-the-top and anxious staff as customer service oriented. They stick to you like glue b/c the owners are totally paranoid of theft. Should you need actual assistance, the staff disappears or acts put out because you requested a different size jean. Out of desperation for an item and against my better judgement, I went to horse town a couple of months ago. Yep. Same paranoid NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Safe yourself the gas and shop online.

Buyer beware! Their return policy is very deceitful. They don't tell you NO REFUNDS until you've made a purchase. They say it's on the receipt and it's on the door as you are leaving.
