Terrible. Don't send your kids. I was there last year for depression and suicidal thoughts. I was there for 9 days. I got no help what so ever. They seemed very uninterested in my well being. Staff was rude and only one seemed to care about me. I was discharged still as I was when I was admitted. The only thing it did for me was negative. It made me not tell anyone about my depression out of fear of going back.

I was in the RTC unit for three months. And I barely had one on one sessions with the counselor. When I was on the acute unit they tricked me in to going to the RTC unit. These are the exact words ms Apple said to me "the doctor is on the other unit and wants to see you there instead of this unit because she's very busy doing paper work" I didn't think anything of it but I found it very weird that she was bringing my records with us. The moment she put the key in the last door to get into the RTC unit I knew I wasn't here to... read more

There are a number of staff that clearly enjoy their power over the residents way too much. Those staff are supported by a chorus of other staff who either don't believe or don't care about any complaints. That staff is overseen by administration that is too worried about staffing and profits to act when they are made aware of problems. On the plus side they can seem really caring and nice (with no follow through). You'll get a bill of rights (which they'll ignore), and if they loose your stuff they'll pass the info along... read more

If the Executive staff will talk to unprofessionally, imagine how they will treat your child. I spoke w/ Theresa-Assistant Director of Intake to cancel our assessment b/c we went with a facility that had another bed open up that was closer to us in location. She said since you are cancelling we are putting you at the bottom of the wait list and you cancelled before. I told her the initial cancel was due to miscommunication of the placement coordinator that I had never cancelled before, she responded " well I am just stating... read more

I am a former patient. I stayed because of I was dealing with a monstrous amount of depression and anxiety and self harm. I signed the paper work after I was released from the hospital thinking I would get the help I needed. I have a lot of medicine that I have to take. I wasn't allowed to take any of it which resulted in severe migraines and insomnia. The doctor was no help at all. He seemed annoyed that I was there. He didn't offer me any assistance besides trying a new medication. I thought I would be separated from th... read more

Absolutely the worst. My son was there recently twice and both times was horrible. They don't return your calls and in order to get them to answer the phone you have to call 28 times in a row. They put my son on antibiotics but no one there knew why he was on them and then they put him back on the same kinds of meds after he was suppose to be detoxing off of them. They sent him home the first time and he lasted 1 full day home before I had to take him back cause he was worse. After the second time they were suppose to put a... read more

All I can say is "I wish I had read the reviews before I took my daughter here". First of all, I took my daughter here because it was recommended that I do so. I was told she would talk to a therapist and they would consider if she was a harm to herself. I went to this place sitting for hours, just so a associate can come in with a questionnaire to deem that she would be staying cause she fits the criteria. Then a doctor chimed in via Skype on a notepad for 30 seconds and said absolutely nothing. I let her stay. I'm callin... read more

I was recently a patient here. It was my second time being here, and I came back because my first visit was fantastic, but a lot can change in a couple of years I suppose. I am writing this so no one else has to go through what I did. I actually ended up discharging myself. I requested my own discharge because I did not feel as though I was going to receive the care I needed, and also there is a woman who works there that targeted me and a few other patients, but hey, who's going to beleive the crazy people right? There is n... read more

never send your kids here, i was in the adolescent unit for almost 3 months & the staff treated me terribly, got mad at me for having an eating disorder & punished me for it, they treated me like i was their child & they were way too strict on us, there were girls there that had been there for 8 months & not much better because this place doesnt help at all, this place looks nice on the outside but dont be fooled, its really dirty inside & run down. if you care about yourself of your kids please dont send them here!
