They were honest, they were respectful. I couldn't ask more.
They finally test drove my car. I had to take it in for the second time for my front brakes problem to be repaired. The first time they charged me for other things I needed but I took my car in for loud grinding noise initially. I had to take it in because they told me after I had paid a lot of money that everything looked good but my problem was still there. Bad brakes. They repaired them on my second complaint I asked them to please test drive my car.
