My service rep. Jacob Vargas is a rare and wonderful employee! He went above and beyond to isolate an intermittent stalling problem with my car that had been going on for a monthcausing safety concerns during operation. He provided me a loaner which allowed him the time to drive the car, replicate the issue and find the problemit was determined I needed a new alternator. My car is in for repair and I should have it next week. I am so grateful for all his efforts to provide outstanding customer service!

Service was great. I was greeted immediately. Crystal was super thorough and answered all my questions. She gave good advice and didn't make me feel pressured to have service done on my car right away.
