I switched over to Cerritos after years of going to my original dealer and found excellent service and very personable service. My advisor kept me informed plus I also received texts on my phone of the progression of the service on my car. Excellent! I have never seen that option presented to me before. Will bring my car there for all service related issues in the future.

Took vehicle in for diagnosing problem with seat belt warning light remaining on. Tony greeted me and was very professional in all aspects of our interaction. When diagnoses was completed Tony was very clear on what repairs were needed and also had some additional repairs that his team were able to identify. Overall was pleased with experience but not able to complete repairs due to cost.
Krysta was very helpful, knowledgable and answered all my questions with confidence. Got my CVT fluid exhange done on my 2016 Nissan Rogue, took a bit of time but it got done. Waiting area was clean and she kept me updated on the cars progress.
