I had a very good experience and everyone was very nice, it made my car buying experience very easy. Although I wasn't approved for the car I wanted, I was able to be approved for another. The only feedback I would provide for the sales rep are to follow through. I purchased an electric vehicle and was not provided with information on how to charge and where to charge.
