Great customer service, however service rep was not able to discuss the additional work to be done since I only requested for a regular change oil.

MY experience was good. I felt comfortable with the employee who took care of me and I am happy with the service
I appreciate Nissan keeping me informed of when my next oil change is due and calling me to schedule an appointment. When I arrive, they are ready to take my car in and always have a polite attitude. I also like that they have the shuttle service to the mall so I can shop while I wait. The free complimentary wash is a bonus! TY for going the extra mile.
