The service was good. I did had to wait a little bit longer than usual, but that was expected. The lounge area was great and they did have coffee and snacks.

Service was friendly but busy. Some confusion what lane for car to use but was promptly dealt with. Because of workload it took a little longer to wait for tire rotation.

The staff was very helpful and professional, only thing is once I returned home I noticed that the hood on my vehicle was not completely closed.
