Good company to work with overall.
I have noticed a huge sound and draft difference in the new windows. I cannot say how things will be 5 years from now, but if the initial impression counts, then this will have been a great purchase.
We signed on May 23 and they did not complete the job until October 11 . The salesman told us it would be 8-12 weeks max, then he wrote 12-14 weeks in the contract and slid past that explanation. Then, it ended up taking them about 20 weeks instead, blaming it on rain, which to be fair, we have had a lot of it, however, an apology would have been nice (never got one).
