This was the most grueling process I've ever done with any company. First, the consultation took way longer than necessary. There was no expectation that it was going to take hours for a sales person to give us a pitch when we made an appointment for an estimate. Then there was installation. The gentleman that did the install did great, but the communication around it was AWFUL!! The installation manager quoted 2 days, it took 5. I wouldn’t have them put windows in my dog house.
Couldn't communicate with installers due to language barrier. Door doesn't open where it should. After purchase for my installation to take place I will need to hire someone to relocate the light and switch and also have steps or patio built to get in and out of threshold. This wasn't the original plan and I paid for something specific that was agreed upon just to tell me something different after the fact. I'm disappointed and didn't know I'd have additional fees for this to happen.
Awful customer service. Not happy with their mistakes or how they proceeded after.
Installers were fast and clean, but didn't clean the window glass after install. When I asked if they would, they said no.
Wait was VERY long between the order and install dates. Delayed other projects to my home
I’m satisfied with the quality of the windows. But the delivery timeframe (10 months from order to final completed installation) was unacceptable. To compound the problem, there was a total lack of proactive communication during the process.
