Windows we’re ordered 28 Dec 21, never updated when they would be received. They arrived 4 Feb 22 for installation and one window was broken. The installer, who is a sub, was left to explain about broken window. Champion never called or took responsibility. So we had to wait until 14 Apr 22 for new window to arrive. For starters, I was lied to by the salesman when I asked if they used subcontractors. Quality control is non-existent, every window has issues. No one from Champion calls back in a timely manner, including people in the corporate office.

everything wa godo a tteh start the guyw as hekpfula dn what not they cam ein sooner. when they came in two of the windows were broken we calle the guy who origianlyl di di twhen we called back he wa ride it wa unsrtlling there w alcle dthe house line they asaid hwe had to sign for it to be convered undeer warranty we were lie it snot finsihe they said echincaly it is. were jsut kind of went around it as sut k inf uneary there.

I understand Covid has messed up supply chains and caused so much of a mess. But in the entire time we waited for our door, nine months not once did anyone call to update us about anything. I called many times and quite often was told someone would get back to me and never did. I finally said I wanted to cancel my order and two weeks later they called to install out final order. We bought over 40,000.00 in windows and doors in 2019. We ordered two windows and one door in May last year and they were installed last week.
