We signed our contract for windows and doors and coughed up $17000+ half up front 6/15/15. The 1st time the windows came to be installed, after 3 MONTHS WAIT, they were the wrong exterior color. We waited another 1 1/2 MONTHS for the correct windows to be installed ON 11/3/15 at 8pm in the evening. After a total of 4 1/2 MONTHS our windows were installed. The installation crew and the workers were very great. There was just too many little issues that didn't get fixed in a timely manner by Champion Windows.
Great windows, great warranty, and they run great sales. The customer service we experienced was unacceptable. They were annoyed with my questions and I could tell that I was being avoided when no one wanted to help me. The saving grace was their installation crew, Alan and Grace, they were wonderful. I would recommend them based on the quality of their windows but not their customer service.
I felt jerked around the whole time and was not informed.
Never would I recommend them
They are just too busy to get back to customers.
I would say that this experience with Champion Windows was very unpleasant. My order was incorrectly inputted/placed about 6-7 times. The salesperson basically did not explain the product in a manner I would understand and did not take down my order correctly the first time. It took the custom service person 4 times to get the order correct, which should have been done right the fist time.
