Four families have been anxiously waiting for me to show them their work and I cannot do it until they come in and fix it.
The windows are wonderful. My issue is with the installation.
The salesperson was really nice and the quality of the windows were good. After that, it did not go as I expected.
It took 15 months before the project to begin because of not getting information into the county. It was promised to start within 30 days. We could not get out of the contract without losing most of our deposit....
I love this style of Windows although I think they are way over priced. I have one window that has a crack in it and was suppose to be replaced and nobody has done anything about it. I have talked to two different people on this so I guess I will have to call the company. Linda Diamond
