The salesperson was really nice and the quality of the windows were good. After that, it did not go as I expected.
It took 15 months before the project to begin because of not getting information into the county. It was promised to start within 30 days. We could not get out of the contract without losing most of our deposit....
I love this style of Windows although I think they are way over priced. I have one window that has a crack in it and was suppose to be replaced and nobody has done anything about it. I have talked to two different people on this so I guess I will have to call the company. Linda Diamond
I am very dissatisfied with the installation.
The salesperson and installer were wonderful. The office staff seemed disorganized, unclear about details, less than proficient communicators. The installation scheduling process was a mess: requiring 4 different dates. One cancellation was due to weather but the others were all internal to the company. The product and the installation team deserve better administrative support.
