They do an amazing job at installing the windows.
They were very expensive compared to other windows. The only reason I went with Champions is because my other windows were also Champion. I was only replacing two windows. Even with me being a returning customer the discount price was still expensive. I wanted the windows to be consistent.
I believe that Champion Windows are a high quality product. The sales person and installers did excellent work form start to finish. Their customer service with the delay of installation was quite lacking and terrible. It was only when I threatened to cancel the order that I received a return response from the office. If this is their standard operational procedure for delays in installation I strongly recommend that you do not buy from them. It his was an anomaly I would give them another chance.
This was my third time using Champion Windows, they have an amazing product, and its ashamed this experience went like this.
Four families have been anxiously waiting for me to show them their work and I cannot do it until they come in and fix it.
The windows are wonderful. My issue is with the installation.
