I have nothing positive to say about this experience. I am very disappointed in how my installation was handled.
My dissatisfaction is with the communication about the damaged windows. I like the product.
NO way a 4 star rating but had to check it so I could write this message!!!!!!!!!!!!The after installation response to my product and installation concerns aren't being addressed. This experience isn't as good compared to the first time I purchased windows. What happened!
The window is great, workmanship is great, but I would not go through the hassle of working with Champion Windows again. There are plenty of other outfits that get both ends right. I would not recommend Champion Windows to a friend
The sales portion of the experience was good. The sales person was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The installation started almost 2 months after the contract signing. It took almost 3 weeks to actually get everything installed. Three different crews came out and provided excuses for not completing the job quickly. Champion Windows did not honor the contract. They hire substandard subcontractors. The Champion Windows' manager is rude, argumentative, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I had to threaten Champion Windows with my attorney to get my refund back.
Shop around before you go to Champion of Colorado Springs.
We signed our contract for windows and doors and coughed up $17000+ half up front 6/15/15. The 1st time the windows came to be installed, after 3 MONTHS WAIT, they were the wrong exterior color. We waited another 1 1/2 MONTHS for the correct windows to be installed ON 11/3/15 at 8pm in the evening. After a total of 4 1/2 MONTHS our windows were installed. The installation crew and the workers were very great. There was just too many little issues that didn't get fixed in a timely manner by Champion Windows.
