If you're going to do it a job, make sure you are up front with the customer and deliver what you promise. That did not happen.
They don't seem to care about their customers once they get your money and get you to sign on the dotted line. They don't follow through. I called the corporate office, and she didn't care. The salesman didn't stick up for me or fight for me; nobody did. The manager was very rude and condescending.
The only two things I would have changed about this project: 1. Seems really expensive for 1 window. 2. Having 3 different people come out to have a look at my window, with none of them communicating with each other seems very ineffective and opens the window for lots of problems. See how I did that? :)
I do not recommend Champion Windows of Colorado Springs due to poor customer service.
I wouldn't recommend this establishment due to their untimely manner of everything.
I hope in the future that the measure person and the manufacturer would get the correct measurements together.
