In general, a bad experience. There was no single point-of-contact to oversee the job after the contract was signed. We paid a LOT of money for the windows/doors, and our expectation was that someone would ensure the job was done in a timely manner and that we had a good experience. There wasn't. From the time the contract was done until the job was completed was over 4 months. The quality of the windows is outstanding and the installers did a great job.

The job was done but not to our satisfaction. First we felt pushed into concrete slab.

Purchased two doors last August. It is now mid-March and the job is still not complete. I give up. I will never recommend Champion and when learning of someone wanting windows or doors, I will tell them the bad service I received.

If the product would have been installed correctly the first time I would not have had issues. But it took so long to finish that there is where my negative is. The product is excellent.

Beware. Local and corporate do not work well together. Many mistakes on our job. Corporate was of very little help and the local office blamed "the factory" for multiple order errors and delays. It took almost a year for our job to be "completed."
