My order was placed incorrectly and was not discovered until installation. The original install date was missed. No one showed up. I had to reschedule. Because of the ordering error, I had to wait an additional 6 weeks for the correction to be made. The product is great, but the customer service was very dissapointing.

I hope the new manager, Bob Guthrie, has turned the office around. I have high praise for the new manager. I just didn't get a chance to enjoy his services.

Need new sales presentation. Inflated MSRP is an instant turnoff. If anyone gets a quote from another window retailer,your prices look foolish.

I had a problem with the sales rep when the crew shows up & my house had to be modified because of mismeasurement according to the crew. I was told that Venus would be calling me concerning this issue. Still waiting... The installation on the storm door is very shoddy & not caulk in around the edges...

Good windows and they seem to have a good warranty, although I haven't had to actually use it yet. I have had bids at almost half the price for the same windows and am a bit discouraged after knowing I have to pay $15K in the next 6 months or I will be in over my head on the loan.
