Overall, we did not have a satisfactory enough experience that would prompt us to recommend Champion to any of our friends or family members. The stress and inconvenience that the long delay in our project being completed caused, failure to follow through with the city’s requests for our permit to be issued, poor to no communication from staff, frequent turnover of staff, and over-promises that were not delivered leaves a very bad impression in our minds that we would not want anyone else to experience.
Terrible management. My windows were measured off by 2-3 inches.
NEVER! IT TOOK OVER A YEAR TO COMPLETE A 16X16 ROOM!
Champion used to be a great company I’m not sure what happened but they are not the same company they were 10 years ago.
New windows are better than what I had previously. Windows are all operating as they should. My main problem is with the timeliness of communication from reps and a still unresolved problem with the only window that mattered for the success of my home business. That window is still not corrected 3 weeks and 3 days after installed. Also trim around patio door is hollow and as I wasn't notified of having to be careful, it had dented in several places from the legs of a lawn chair against it.
Confidentiality sucks.
Window choices were explained poorly
We received terrible customer service and there was a serious lack of communication regarding the status of our order after having to wait for windows to be installed due to them being measured incorrectly. We were told it would take an additional 3-4 weeks from our initial installation date and it actually took 9 weeks with no explanation as to why it took so long.
NEVER!!
