The sales woman said that if there was damage above or below the window it would be taken care of. When it came time to install the installer had no materials to replace the damaged trim in the living room that I showed both the dales woman and the guy that measured the window. They then proceeded to tell me that I had to pay an additional $400 per window. One of the biggest mistakes I've ever made I have not come through with any single thing correctly
The installation was done several months past original estimate and we had to call several times to find out what was going on.
I have many friends, neighbors, coworkers, etc. that have asked about recommendations for window companies to do business with. I already shared the terrible experience I had with Champion to them. I have advised many throughout the Saint Cloud, MN, area not to do business with Champion.

Both the installers and I both called about the problem... it took another 2 months to get someone to look at them to say that they were improperly manufactured. 11 of the windows were improperly manufac...
It took 6 months to get a door, and a man came and installed it in 4 hours. It closes very tight and he said that was a good thing, but I question when he put the trim pieces on, his gun went through the interior door. He also gave me the caulk and paint and told me that I could do that later. I question the quality of the installation. His wife kept calling him on the phone.
We will never recommend you company to anyone. The customer service was horrible and there was nothing done to compensate us for the mis-measurement and having to wait another 6 weeks to get them installed
