We were quoted 12-14 weeks from order to install. Took an extra 10-11 weeks to get installed after arrived. No phone calls returned or called back until BBB complaint filed. Install was done but install guy took a huge 20 minute poop, 45 minutes into the install. Installers swore at each other the whole time and smoked. Yelling was towards each other like put downs made the younger workers go faster. Did not clean or wipe windows after done. There was black scrapes and dirt on the white casings. Very unprofessional

I have never seen a company like this, we made an agreement to replace 4 of my windows in June and I waited until October 3 when they came to replace all of my 4 windows. After they came when they measure one of the windows measurement was wrong even though they measured couple of times, and they left. Since then I have waited for an other 3 months from October 32021 until January 03/2022 when we made a schedule. Great windows, but very expensive. Poor communication about the MANY delays in receiving my windows. I understand the delays were not Champion's fault, but the communication about those delays was poor and could be improved.
