I had an appointment at 11am. I waited in the exam room until 11:30, the vet was still in surgery which is fine because sometimes things happen and things run long. No one could tell me how much longer things would take or better yet why didn't someone call before my appointment and say the vet is still in surgery and reschedule instead of letting me waste my time and come down to the office to just sit and wait. I am in the medical field so I am pretty understanding about things running over and things coming up, but have c... read more
Staff is rude and when I brought my dog in to be spayed the Dr came in to grab her did not go over anything or introduce him self. He just said he was doing the procedure. My dog was not given ANY pain medications before or after getting surgery.I was told buy two staff members Dr did not give any because he said she was not in "enough"pain. So how much pain does my dog need to be in before they give meds?!?I was also told that she was not send home with a cone "because females don't lick" .... I was also told my records wo... read more
Business response:
We apologize for the miscommunication about your pets care. Our policy has been the same for over 35 years. We do not send spays home with e-collars because the majority females do not lick their incision's. If they show signs that they will lick, or if an e-collar was requested, we then send one home. Also, pain medication must be requested, it is not included in our spay price so we will not assume you want pain medication if it not discussed prior to departure. We do this because we only offer our patients what is needed... read more
stay away !!!!!!!!!!! major ripoff, overcharges !!!! 550.00 procedures done without approval, then they hold your pet hostage until you pay the outrages bill...
We moved here from Montana and I brought my 9yr old cat in who has feline asthma to have her steroid shot as she has had routinely for the past few years. I asked Dr. Wilson to give her Triamcinolone which is what she gets every 3 months and does well with. He told me he did not have Triamcinolone and I just wanted to get her some fast relief so I agreed to give her prednisone. The next time I went in which was only a month, because the prednisone does not work as well. Dr. Wilson said he was giving her the Triamcinolone s... read more
Not happy. I went to this vet about a month ago, my German Shepard was diagnosed with Pannus. I was prescribed eye drops for pannus. The Pannus went away for a week, and then returned in my dogs eyes. I contacted this vet again to try to get a stronger prescription for Pannus. They said they can't prescribe me anything else because the doc has to see him again, yet he's already seen him and told me its Pannus. So your telling me I have to spend $80 just to see the vet again for him to tell me it's Pannus again, to then presc... read more

Joshua, I apologize your experience at our hospital was not pleasant. If there is anything that we can change to make our hospital better we are always open to all kinds of feedback. We use this information to better ourselves and our practice. So, thank you for taking the time to review us.
I brought my dog in to have her teeth cleaned and Dr Wilson tried suggesting all this other stuff and I was very clear about what I wanted done and nothing more. When I picked up my dog I was quickly angered. They got my dog and another dog mixed up and preformed procedures on my dog that I never asked for. Dr Wilson cut into my dog in 2 places that she didn't even need work on! The wart removal on her leg was supposed to be filled off not cut into and I was told there would be no stitches yet there was because she was cut i... read more
Brought my dog in for a lameness issue. A slight limp was supposedly severe hip dysplasia. The Dr would not let us see the X-rays and jumped straight to surgery. We stressed that we could not afford it so we left it at that. After a week of rest no more limping. We decided to take her to a new vet to get a second opinion. X-rays came back picture perfect. Not a single arthritic change. Very disappointed in this clinic. Not sure if it was because of complete lack of education or for money but I will not be returning.
What a nightmare. I have been coming to this vet for many years. Decades in fact. We always had Dr V and never had issues. Then a few years back when Dr V wasn't available, Dr Wilson started seeing my fur babies. I was never fully comfortable with Dr Wilson from the start. He always rushes through exams and if I ask a question about anything he then right away suggests some type of service that costs an obscene amount of money and let me tell you, he gets very dramatic in the face like it's a life threatening issue even if i... read more
It's a very long story... I got my beagle fixed they stitched her with wires instead of the dissolvable ones it was two days before Christmas and I took her in twice because I knew her cut it was infected and saw two different doctors they told me that she was fine to put Neosporin (first doctor) then peroxide (second doctor).. After we left I knew my baby was in pain the next morning and Cheyenne tonopah was closed so I took her to the animal hospital on Craig and Decatur they said she was definitely infected and if I would... read more
