We adopted a rescue through a home 4 spot and they had prearranged surgery for our dog at this facility we complied even though this not our normal vet. Our dog has not reacted well to the surgery and we are very concerned when we called to explain the signs and symptoms we really felt as if they were annoyed by our questions and concerns. The surgery was not explained prior or after and when asked we were talked down to by the Dr. If our dog does not improve we will not be taking him back here. Plus I have to say the fac... read more
The vets here are great, but the staff is horrible. We would drive over half an hour to go to this animal hospital because both vets we saw (Dr. V and Dr. Sanchez) were great with my elderly English Bulldog. However, I don't think we will be returning because members of the staff seem to be misinformed and unprofessional. We have had to make two extra trips in a month because they messed up my dog's prescription twice. If you have extra time to waste because of their mistakes, then I highly recommend you take your animal to ... read more
I took my cockatiel there to get his wings clipped and an hour later he is flying around. So I call them and they want to know how high he is flying, so they can make excuses. So I take him back and I have to say that he was back there a long time just foe getting his wing clipped. When she brings him back she says he bit her and my bird is bleeding because they cut him. He wings are jagged and he is still flying. Very unprofessional. Took my daughters Pitt/Lab there once and the girls acted so scared it was a ridiculous. Al... read more
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! My parents took their 6 month old kitten here to be neutered. The night before the cat seemed to be having trouble breathing causing them concern. They took the kitty to the appointment and told the receptionist, the nurse and Dr. Sanchez about the breathing issue and wondered if it was safe to go forward with the procedure. Dr. Sanchez told them that he was fine and to go ahead with the surgery. During the surgery the kitten flatlined and was dead for at least a few minutes before they brough... read more
BEWARE!!! these people lied to me and said they did a procedure to my dog but come to find out they didn't and charged me $300 for doing absolutely nothing. do not come here!!!
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR PET HERE. I had previously looked online to find a vet who was close to my house and had decent reviews. Unfortunately, I had only read a few good ones. I didn't do my homework before taking my baby to this clinic. What ensued was a terrible decision which caused extreme emotional distress and physical agony for both myself and my feline. She was scheduled to have a routine health checkup. The initial visit with the vet was not a pleasing one. He was rude and pompous from the very begi... read more
The ABSOLUTE worst Vet I've ever been too. Everytime we have anything done to our 2 dogs they overcharge us. Today for example (final straw BTW) 2 teeth cleanings with the $189 feb special. No extractions....... $686!!!! Yes im not kidding. They charged $18 for the 2 strips of tape that held the IV in. Do NOT go here!!!!
I had an appointment at 11am. I waited in the exam room until 11:30, the vet was still in surgery which is fine because sometimes things happen and things run long. No one could tell me how much longer things would take or better yet why didn't someone call before my appointment and say the vet is still in surgery and reschedule instead of letting me waste my time and come down to the office to just sit and wait. I am in the medical field so I am pretty understanding about things running over and things coming up, but have c... read more
Staff is rude and when I brought my dog in to be spayed the Dr came in to grab her did not go over anything or introduce him self. He just said he was doing the procedure. My dog was not given ANY pain medications before or after getting surgery.I was told buy two staff members Dr did not give any because he said she was not in "enough"pain. So how much pain does my dog need to be in before they give meds?!?I was also told that she was not send home with a cone "because females don't lick" .... I was also told my records wo... read more
Business response:
We apologize for the miscommunication about your pets care. Our policy has been the same for over 35 years. We do not send spays home with e-collars because the majority females do not lick their incision's. If they show signs that they will lick, or if an e-collar was requested, we then send one home. Also, pain medication must be requested, it is not included in our spay price so we will not assume you want pain medication if it not discussed prior to departure. We do this because we only offer our patients what is needed... read more
