This used to be the VERY! BEST! Veterinary practice ANYWHERE! Dr. V and Dr. Wilson were conscientious and truly cared about the pets and people that they cared for. My wife had been going there for over 20 years. They have either retired, semi-retired, or sold the business outright, because the people now in charge are blatant mercenaries, only concerned with the next dollar. We brought one of our cats there, they misdiagnosed so badly we had to go elsewhere to get a second opinion, and, ultimately, had to put her down. The... read more

They have gone corporate & after taking my puppy to get fixed Saturday they charged us almost $500 and couldn't explain why things were so expensive. All they said was they went corporate & all procedures increased in price. Crazy needless to say after being valued customers, who have referred many clients we will NOT go back!!!!! We took 2 puppies there to get fixed 3 years ago and paid that price for 2 dogs!!!! Shame on you!!! You have lost loyal customers

Business response:

Jennifer, we understand that veterinary care can be costly, which is why we always try to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. Our owners are support partners and do not dictate pricing. Pricing is based on the current market and the standard of care has risen to the level that we are currently at. We feel the charges are appropriate. We appreciate your patronage and we are available to discuss all procedures and cost prior to being preformed. Please let us know if we can answer any of your questions!

This vet has no problem declawing a 9 year old cat or an outdoor cat adopted to an indoor situation. Furthermore, with both cats, the declaw was done in such a way that they had knuckles sticking out! Their paws were essentially mangled. They also couldn't be inconvenienced to euthanize an unbelievably old cat! Additionally, they charged almost $700 for x-rays and bloodwork on a cat who'd stopped eating..... No shots or anything to help, just pills to try and give the cat. You couldn't pay me to take another animal to them! ... read more

Visit with my vet is always nice and informative, but the lady at the front office is very short with the clients (including the phone). Couldn't even finish my question before she interrupted me mid sentence to answer it. So rude. She just didn't seem like she wanted to assist with check out or perhaps she didn't like me personally (although I've never been assisted by her before). Customer service definitely needs to be worked on face to face with the receptionist, I didn't feel welcomed at all by her and her lack of smile... read more

This is an UPDATE to a previous review I made 4 days ago. I have a 9 yrs old fawn pug and everyone knows they have specific traits for the breed one of which is a snorting they do when trying breathe. I'm not talking abt when they sound like piglets, small snorts, but when they r gasping to breathe and have those long snorts. (I hope u know what I'm talking abt) Well, my Bambi very rarely did that, maybe 3xs annually. Now, after getting that one med that goes up our fur babies nose, she does it almost everyday, which... read more

STAY AWAY!! I brought my fur baby, that I love with all my heart in for her vaccines. We have been going to Dr. V for years. On this occasion, the tech thought she heard a noise near her heart. Dr. V listened to her and said she was fine. He gave her two vaccines, one was a shot and the other was nasal. My baby got sick and died the following night.

I have been going here for years but I have to agree with Julie L. Long wait times on the phone, in the waiting room and even once you get back to a room to see the doctor. Also inconsistent notifications. I also will only continue to go there if Dr V is there.
