First, the good things. Service was fine. We ordered a salad, double dough pizza and 2 glasses of wine, one cabernet, one pinot grigio. Wine came out, the pinot grigio was warm, not room temp but really warm like it had been out in the sun all day. This place used to be good. 2 1/2 years ago, i ordered a pizza that was delicious. Another time I ordered baked chicken. It was pricey, $16, but despite the fact that it was overpriced, it was juicy and flavorful. They have since gone down hill - they are always advertising for staff - cooks, servers and delivery people. I ordered pickup from them last night, a cheese pizza and an eggplant parm sandwich. When we got home from picking up the order I realized they charged me for an eggplant parm dinner not the sandwich. They gave me the dinner but I'm not able to eat meat so I called them and explained it to them and was told they will remake the sandwich for me and it will be done as soon as possible. I would give it no stars if I could We ordered from here they said 45 min wait we ordered a big pizza wings and mozzarella sticks went maybe at the 40 min when we got home everything was cold. Almost 60$ in everything we spent . Ordered a pizza and never arrived. Called and girl had no idea where my order was. Pathetic and dumb business, nobody ever order from these losers.
Terrible service. Exorbitant prices. Pizza is doughy and tasteless. Lisa who takes phone orders rude and judgmental. She informed me that I'm not allowed in the restaurant at all because Curt their manager is a scum-sucking jerk who pollutes the air with cigarette smoke. A former handyman of mine told the manager Curt that I ordered $90 worth of food and had it delivered to him. Well, All I can say is that the pizza was good till I took a bite out of my piece and found a long black hair baked into the sauce & cheese layer... I immediately wanted to VOMIT. Threw an entire 16inch pizza away. I wanted to support small business locally, but I don't need to get sick especially from someone's nasty HAIR
I've ordered from here a few times in the past. The pizza is ranges between meh to good, probably depending on who is making it that day. Some have been undercooked. Sandwiches tend to be decent, but sometimes the italian beef has been gristly. Recently the customer service has been atrocious.
