Over 15 years of loyalty. Not anymore! We have been loyal customers for over 15 years. It seems like since they moved next to Jewel, the food quality has dropped. We ordered a pizza at the store for take out; and it didn't have cheese on it. Not the first time this has happened. Only giving 1 star because every time we order from here they either forget something in our delivery or the food is wrong but we love the Italian beef sandwiches so we are always clear that we like the sandwich dry but the first time we got a soup sandwich basically and they were great about bringing us new sandwiches! This used to be my absolute favorite pizza of ALL TIME!....until today. I went there after 4 years, I live an hour away, with my mom. Keep in mind, that I called ahead to see if there had been any owner changes, because that usually means something at its best will get worse. I was assured that no changes had occurred. My wife and I usually order our pizza from CPA and believe it to be quite good. The other night we ordered a pan pizza and an Italian beef with sweet peppers from CPA in Round Lake. After it was delivered and we opened our order and found the Italian beef was actually BBQ beef, yes it had a sweet red sauce that tasted just like BBQ sauce. First time customer ordered delivery tonight. I was told it would take about 60 minutes. I confirmed they delivered to my address. After 15 minutes I got a call asking directions to my house. 15 minutes later I got a call my pizza had come out of the oven, but they don't deliver to my location. 30 minutes after ordering, I was told I wouldn't be receiving my order. Now my 4 year doesn't understand why she isn't getting pizza for dinner. Thanks for nothing. Don't promise a delivery if you won't deliver the pizza

We just ordered food tonight at 7p. We've ordered from here before and never had an issue until tonight. The food is good. I am giving them 1 star because it took them almost 2 hours to deliver a chicken parm, chicken Alfredo, 2 sandwiches, fries and 3 desserts. We had to call multiple times to figure out when our order would arrive. After not eating here for awhile I decided to try it again since I was in the area. I ordered delivery for 4 people. An hour and a half went by and I had to call them to check the status of the order.. they said it was leaving in a few minutes. As a customer, sometimes it's better to hear you forgot something or your running behind and that's why food is running late. We were told it would be within the hour; implying less than an hour. Slow service. Too many tables for one person to handle. Food took more than 1/2 an hour and the server forgot to put in my entree. When I mentioned it, he just shrugged and said he obviously forgot to put it in. The saving grace was that the special we ordered included two drinks, pizza, soup or salad all for under 20 bucks I guess it was worth dealing with the wait and lack of food.

I only order takeout or delivery. If you get pizza delivered it almost always arrives cold and they skimp on the pizza sauce. They send their drivers on 4 deliveries at a time so it'll take 2 hours to get your delivery. When it's good it's good and when it's bad it's horrible. They also charge for an extra side of ranch or extra pickles. Coming from someone who's ordered 30 times cause the pizza in Elgin is mostly terrible. Good ribs though
