My wife and I have always ordered delivery from this place and we will not be ordering again as the last time they said it would be 45 min for the food and it ended up being an hour and a half! This is just ridiculous for delivery time and while we love their food (have not tried the pizza though), there are much faster places out there that are just as good. To be fair, they did give us the whole order for free since it took twice the time they promised.
I tried to go for lunch with co workers for the first time and forgot to put in our order so they wanted us to wait. Smh we left for to jewel I can say we are never going back
My husband & I have ordered from CPA in the past & LOVE the pizza. Our favorite is The Family with the double dough crust. The major downside is the price - it is SO expensive and we can order a VERY good pizza from Geno Nottolini's just around the corner for about 2/3 the cost (depending on the size - Geno's offers their Ultimate 20" for $29 where the 18" of The Family at CPA is $29 - smaller & with one less ingredient) BUT since I just accepted a new position today with a decent pay increase, we decided to stay in & celeb... read more
I do not like to write BAD reviews, but I feel the time is NOW. While the pizza might be good the delivery service STINKS - IT IS PITIFUL!! 5 times, I repeat 5 times, I have tried to set up an automatic delivery and billing system with the CPA in Elgin. Each and every time the restaurant "blows" it, forgets it, no delivery, can't find the building, etc. CPA is very apologetic. A system is set up AGAIN and AGAIN no deliveries. Stopped here for lunch and ordered a slice of pizza which took 30 minutes! The server had a hard time taking care of 3 tables. Either they need to add another server or replace the one we had otherwise we won't be back!
Pizza is ok.. Service was absolutely awful.. The last time I Ordered pizza, it was a delivery to my work.. Gave them my cell number to call me when they arrived. They never called.. I called them back an hour and a half later and was yelled at by the goon on the other end.. They claim I gave them the wrong number, even though I have had the same cell number for over 13 years.. Just ordered for the first time from here and it will be the last. First off said 45 minutes for delivery and it took a little over an hour. Then the driver calls and can't find my house. They don't have a map in that place or better yet the driver doesn't have a smart phone to use gps. He would rather call and disturb me. Then the pizza arrives and its compketely floppy soggy mess. I received a CPA menu in the mail late last week and decided to give you a try last week. I could not be more disappointed. First, your website does not take your coupons that are attached to your menu. Second, I placed my order online and did not receive the email confirmation but the website gave me a confirmation number so i just went with it. This review is for the lunch Buffett. They score much better for delivery We arrived, there were about 7 people in the place already. Not exactly packed. The salad bar had no green salad.
