They ALWAYS mess up my order. They need to learn how to write down and remember their orders and pay more attention to what their costumers need/want. Take it from a server that works in a much busier place.

The appetizer platter was unappetizing. Just cheap fried food with watered down ranch and tomato sauce. Also, after I ordered eggplant parmigiana, I was told they had run out and had to choose something else. I ordered chicken Alfredo pasta which was ok, or so I thought. When I got home, I ran straight to the toilet and needed peptobismol. I don't know whether the pasta or the appetizer is to blame. Service was also slow for my taste. During the snow last Friday I ordered ribs over an hour in advance for carry out, place was packed and way behind - didn't get out of there till 45 min after said ready time. Then got home and it sucked including the hair on my slab. NEVER GOING BACK !!

Terrible customer service. Always messing up orders and that female manager is terrible at handling situations. They charge extra for crushed peppers and parmesan and they don't infom you that you are being charged. They don't deserve my business and my pizza loving self will take it somewhere else.

Not only did the staff mess up my take out order, when it was corrected it tasted like it was day old leftovers they forgot to refrigerate. Next time I rather do to Little Cesar's and I HATE Little Cesar's

Lived in Elgin all my life. Ordered CPA for years. Once they moved next to Jewel they went downhill. Watch your orders especially delivery and pick up. There is a girl, Natalia, (I believe that's her name) who will shiest you every single time. We've complained a couple times, which we never do anywhere else, but her dad is a manager so it goes no where other than a credit on account. We don't care for credits. Fix the problem. Update: 3-stars for take-out of their pizzas 1-star for dining in and ordering sandwiches So we'll settle on 2-stars? My previous review of take-out for their pizza still stands. Good pizza and we've tried several of their pizza offerings since that review. Decided to try it, my sister called in the order. We ordered a 1/2 Hamburger ( it's was barely edible, burn bun), Mixed Basket was a joke. "12 family pizza for $20?? Are you insane it was crap! The Penne Broccoli Pasta was my biggest disappointment, no flavor and what's the deal with the massive load of shrimp, disgusting! Slow service as well. For how long they took at least make the food taste good! Terrible food!

I'm sorry but the pizza here is awful. It had zero taste not cooked correctly. How is this place still in business? I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy
