I ordered a large family pizza and decided to get it delivered, the first time I did they delivered it to the wrong address. I decided to try again a second time and I never got a notification that the pizza arrive. My pizza was sitting outside on the FLOOR for at least 10 minutes. The pizza was so cold, that the crust was hard to bite into too! Do yourself a favor and don't order delivery from them, this is the second time it has happened.

Don't ever order here if you are starving! They take your money! Make you wait for 1.5 hr. for a delivery that NEVER SHOWED UP! I ordered from Grub hub 1 hour before closing and got emailed delivery time was from 1-1.5 and after waited 1.5 hr!!! food never showed nor received any text that they can not process my order but they charged me anyway. If you don't want to deliver food then don't charge the customer or accept the order! RUDE & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

no stars!!!!!! this place has changed!!!!mayb they changed cooks but they use to have the bestest beef,spaghetti&pizza. now its horrible i give no stars i order a pizza at 9pm it came cold at 10:30 driver sayd traffic really. r u coming from chicago????,then i switched up nd got spaghetti with extra meatsauce , noodles still hard nd very little sauce,last night i order a chessy beef dip with hot peppers i got a dry cheese beef. no peppers wen i called to complain im on hold a very long time or they hang up on me.thats i... read more

warning - warning check your receipts i added up my food and tax and they overcharged me $3.00 i called pointed it out to them and it clearly was wrong the girl taking my order told me the total was $34.97 they came to the door and the bill was $37.97. we had a coupon for free delivery . i gave ordered fron this place for years - lately the pizza and service has been sub-par with this obvious and knowledge of an overcharge and them not doung anything about it leaves me no choice - i will never go to these crooks again! ... read more

So, after my review of poor service of 9 months ago, I thought I'd see if they had improved any, since under new management, I tried again last night by dining in, only to be told by the server that, "the owner has banned me from his restaurant, and they've been instructed to tell me I was no longer welcome there" wow!!! Curious if I could get a response from anyone else who posted an honest review, if they too were banned for speaking the truth.

I don't kno what the Fuck I'm talking about in the last review, the pizzas good and their delivery drivers are good people. If you don't leave em at least 20% min 5 bucks then ur a bitch.

This place is straight overpriced trash. Save your money go into jewel and get you a frozen homerun inn pizza. The slices were cut the size of crackers. Minimal sauce and toppings. Basic crust. We made better pizzas in jail with crackers and ketchup packets. Bye felisha!

Over 15 years of loyalty. Not anymore! We have been loyal customers for over 15 years. It seems like since they moved next to Jewel, the food quality has dropped. We ordered a pizza at the store for take out; and it didn't have cheese on it. Not the first time this has happened. Only giving 1 star because every time we order from here they either forget something in our delivery or the food is wrong but we love the Italian beef sandwiches so we are always clear that we like the sandwich dry but the first time we got a soup sandwich basically and they were great about bringing us new sandwiches!
