My husband and I went to Chicago Pizza Authority last Friday at 5:45pm because we had heard all the "hype" that this was the best around. Walked-in and was "spotted" by the only waitress on duty, who told us to sit anywhere. It's a small dining room and was filled to half capacity. The tables that were not in use by customers were dirty so we took the only clean table at the back of the dining room (very small two person area). Placed an order online to be delivered about 40 minutes before closing time.....no way to enter a credit card online.......ok.....I call to give them my credit card and "the manager" said it was his first day and he didn't know how to enter a credit card that way......finally took the card number and placed the order.....then called back and said one of the items I ordered off their online menu, they don't carry anymore.....so i got something else, then "a driver" calls me back and tells me that the manager didn't want to c... read more
