Liliana did a fantastic job as our realtor. She was always available to show us houses, helped us find homes that fit our needs, and was patient- not at all pushy. When we ran into an issue with our lender, she quickly put us in touch with someone who was able to work with us. She was able to offer advice when asked, and was available during the home inspections. I trust her professional opinion and recommend her to anyone in the Columbia, Lexington, Irmo areas.
We are very happy with Liliana and her diligence and helping us get our condo sold. She was beneficial in the negotiations. She was also very patient with our never ending questions. Kentora was outstanding! She was kind, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process. From touring homes to submitting my offer to finally getting the keys and everything in between, she explained every step of the way and made sure there were no surprises.
