Blake was instrumental and guided my brother and I to a quick sale of our deceased mothers house. He inspected the house and did a comprehensive comparable search for homes in the market. Although the house was older and in need of modernization, he suggested a listing price that was above our expectations. We listed on Friday and by Sunday afternoon we had 7 showings and 6 offers. Blake did an absolutely amazing job with our house buying process. Having lived in Washington State and moving across country was very stressful. Blakie did everything in his power to make sure we had a great experience. Our first house fell through due to inaccurate information the seller had on the house. April did an outstanding job helping me close on my townhouse. She is very responsive and always willing to jump on a call to clarify things. She has a vast knowledge in the area and I’m glad I was able to work with her. She was with me all the way through closing and after closing, making sure I’m good and satisfied with my purchase. She helped me get vendors to work on my house too.
