This is my second day in a row at this gym. I'm testing things out, checking it all out, and seeing what I like and what I don't. So far, I like everything. I'm not too keen on the price. But I like the gym, the service, and the staff--I like all the people there.
Business response:

I visited this gym for the first time today and decided to sign up for the 7-day free trial because I wanted to try out all the services they offer. They have strength training equipment, group classes, various massage chairs, and even steam rooms and saunas--lots of things you don't find in other gyms. The atmosphere is great, and the location is very convenient--right near my home. It's very clean, the facility is nice, and there's plenty of space. The people are friendly and pleasant, and the service is excellent. All in ... read more

From my very first tour, joining Chuze was a no-brainer Amazing amenities, super clean facility and bathrooms, great customer service, fun classes (Zumba is my favorite ), and cool membership perks through the app. I've personally never had an issue with parking, billing, or people at this gym. The recovery space is hands-down my favorite and absolutely worth the upgrade! I even lost my phone once, and the staff was so eager to help me find it--and we did! I've paid way more for way less at other gyms, so Chuze is definit... read more

Good gym with great staff, specifically Tania. After only coming here a few times, she had memorized my name AND my protein shake order. Super welcoming, professional, and genuine, they're lucky to have someone like her on their staff to make guests feel welcome. The equipment is good, gets a bit crowded at unusual hours but I can still usually find a piece of equipment or empty bench. Overall, a great gym, especially for the price

Great gym, friendly staff, always clean. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because it's really crowded after work. Really! Hopefully they open more locations. But really happy they are strong enough to be inclusive. Just because of that I'll keep giving them my business.
Business response:
