Customer service is good, price is affordable and equipment are professional . They can still work and improve some services.

Was checking out new gyms and got to explore this place. I like the idea of not paying for what you don't use , like if you are a gym goer and never use the pool, I get not wanting to pay for that. But I want access to everything personally so I have the choice to use it lol. But that would have doubled the cost of a monthly membership for me so that's a no. They have a totally dark room with elliptical and treadmills so you can work out and watch a movie. I love that idea! Especially if you're uncomfortable working out ... read more

This gym is by far the best one I have ever gone to. Their kids club is so helpful, and the employees are awesome. Shout out to Emma,Gabby,Nat,Maddy. It's super affordable, and the equipment is legit. The only thing is parking isn't the best at times, but it's worth it.

This is the first gym I've been to in my entire adult life. Joining this gym has been the best thing I've ever done for my physical as well as mental health!! I go 5-6 days a week now. The staff is super friendly and most know me by name now. They're fantastic with my kids and the workers have even brought them presents to show them how much they care about them. The gym itself is always clean, messes are cleaned up promptly, and there is more equipment to choose from here than other places. My only gripe(s) are how bu... read more

Praise The Lord. There are still kind people in the world and Sarah at Chuze Fitness, Citrus Heights is one of them! I accidentally left my towel at home and thought I was gonna have to drip dry! Sarah learned of my plight and came to my rescue. She actually purchased a towel for me from her own pocket. I offered to pay but she sai, " don't worry about it.". What a God send What a kind & wonderful person. Random acts of kindness like this is what this world needs more of. My hope in humanity is restored. Despite... read more

We went to Chuze to get a membership after experiencing it prior. We loved it! When we went, we were helped by Omar. He was all over the place and was hard to hear. It seemed unprofessional and when he walked us over the the scanner, he touched our shoulders which was extremely uncomfortable. Love the gym but the associates need to be better!

I joined this gym a few months ago and it's become like a second home. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I come at different times, different days every week depending on my kiddos, but the gym is always very clean. I just did my first class today (Turf Training) and the instructor Donn was awesome!! Donn and everyone in the class was super uplifting, happy to be there, and it just made the experience so much fun. It was exactly what I was looking for! I love that it's on Sunday too. The highlight of this gym... read more
