I honestly do not understand where any negative reviews stem from regarding this gym. They offer so much at not an outrageous price. The gym I was with before was only 8$ less and had about a quarter of what Chuze offers. Paid for that membership monthly and never went. Now that I'm with Chuze, I have been going pretty regularly. Miss Lauren and Miss Taylor have 2 very different styles of yoga but both classes give me deep satisfaction. One is slow flow and heated. I wanted to leave a quick shout out to MICAH!!!!!! I just want to say thank you so much for making my experience, so effortless and pleasant, and overall positive. After my interaction with him, it truly uplifted my day. He fixed my problems so quickly it was the best customer service experience I've ever had in the gym and I really appreciate him. Clean sometimes just hit haven't had to switch routine up to accommodate busy machines usually readily available and I'm grateful wish hours were better but I understand.

Love the family environment and the openess of everyone when we go there. Just a little upset that Kalea, Emma, Maddie dont work there anymore. They were great to our kids! Dealing with kids is NO joke. I can barely handle mine . They were such sweet workers and can tell they had the patience to work with children. The other kids club people are great to, some of the new workers are hard to figure out because my kids have cried every time I've picked them up since they left. Still way too hot! In the theater room there are no fans and never any moving air. It's miserable in there. Many places in the gym have no fan and they don't seem to ever have any air conditioning going. The recovery room is hot and stinky all the time. I complained once and was told cold air would cause injury. This is not true! It would have to be extremely cold in there to cause injury. This can be difficult as some individuals prefer and cooler atmosphere and some prefer it to be warmer. It's a great gym, however, there's a lot of room for improvement. For one, they need more equipment. Why is there only one V Squat and row machine? There's rows and rows of cardio equipment that barely anyone uses that can be replaced with better equipment. Also, it's always packed. I understand it's a gym and they can't control when people come and go, so for this reason, it'd be beneficial to either extend the hours to 2 a.m. or stay open 24/7. Chuze club is very affordable in our area, especially with the kids, they have kids club which is awesome for my kids. The employees of this club are very responsible and helpful. My kids love to visit kids club at Chuze, so they can play with their new friends. Natalie S. and others in kids club are awesome! They really helpful and supportive. Thank you so much all!!!!
